50% Dominican Republic milk chocolate carefully crafted from bean to bar using cacao from the Oko-Caribe farm. Flavor notes of honey and fresh milk.

Since its inception, Öko Caribe has been purchasing wet beans from small farmers and processing them at its centralized location in the Duarte Province of the Dominican Republic. Öko Caribe currently works with over 165 farmers that receive training and funding. Owners Adriano de Jesus Rodriguez and Gualberto Acebey Torrejon have fine-tuned their systems to ensure consistently superior quality and organic certification.
