Flavors inside the 8 Piece Heart Beats Valentine's Day Collection are: Creme Brulee, Lemon, Pink Sea Salt, Cinnamon Honey, Ginger Caramel, Butterscotch Bourbon, Craft Dark Chocolate, and Yuzu-Lime Caramel.
Perfectly roasted pecans and soft, buttery caramel enrobed in either dark or milk chocolate and topped with French Grey Sea Salt. Pecan Caramels will be randomly selected from either Milk or Dark Chocolate. Signature Chocolate Bars are chosen at random but will be two different flavors.

SHELF LIFE: Christopher Elbow Chocolates contain no artificial preservatives and should be consumed within 2 to 4 weeks of purchase for optimum flavor and texture. Chocolates are best stored in a cool, dry place at approximately 65 degrees. Pecan Caramels - 6 months. Chocolate Bars vary from 6 to 12 months.
